a mail of your order will be delivered to
you automatically in a few minutes..
If you do not receive it, you might have

We will send you the confirmation mail in
2-3 days with the delivery date and the total
amount. Please inqure us if you have some
question.
Gift wrapping is free of charge. Red, pink,
blue, and Christmas ribbons are available.
If you hope to wrap plural packages, please
notify us.
You can choose the way of payment as follows

If you transfer via Internet, please input

| THE SHIPPING COST |
If you choose to pay the transfer to the
Post office, the Bank or Cash on delivery,
the postal charge is not exceeding 580 yen
for one order to anywhere in Japan. We recommend
you to use the transfer, if you order a small
item. We can send you the item with a very
reasonable cost by an ordinary delivery.
If you use a credit card, we use Fukuyama
Delivery Service or a registered mail and
the shipping cost is actual expense.
If you are in a hurry, please contact
us by telephone.

We use an ordinary mail if you order a small
item. As it takes 2-5days for delivery, please
notify us if you are in a hurry.
About big parcel, we use other delivery service.
it takes 1or 2days.
The time table of delivery is morning, 12:00-14:00,
14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-21:00.
We can send the items to different person
and addrress gift.
We send the items to the beholder of credit
card.
If you hope the gift delivery, please use
the transfer for payment. Thank you for your
understanding.

We use EMS for overseas delievery. It takes 4-5 days.
EMS postage
500yen will be added for one parcel
as handling charge.
| CHANGE AND CANCELATION |
Please check the items when you receive.
If there is any defects, please inform us
by the mail within 8 days. After receiving
the defective goods, we will send you either
the replacement or refund (incluing the postal
charges). Please beware not to lose any garantee
or accesaries.
If any defects occurs in delivery such as
the damage of cardbourd box, please claim
of damage at the nearest post office. In
such case, please have any wrapping stuffs
with you.
If you hope to cancel the item on your own
business, the postal charges are shared by
you. In such case, please inform us within
